That is great news to hear that you are conquering this once day at a time, and it seems you are handling it all so very well!  Keep this up, and if you have a real bad day here and there, just remember to come here and post(knowing you have major supporters that care about you and your recovery ok?)

YOU ARE DOING GREAT

YOU WILL STAY CLEAN

YOU ARE AWESOME

Oh man that is so wonderful to hear. I'm so PROUD of you. You were so worried (like the name says) about the withdrawls and it sounds like it has turned out no so bad. I'm so happy to hear this. I could feel how much you wanted this. I believe when we are truly ready  to stop and put that first foot foward to changing our lives God steps in and helps us.

There are still some tough days to come but just the fact your not hibernating in the house and your out and doing things tells me you are gonna get through this. You are gonna be on here Monday telling everyone it can be done. That is so awesome. You know because you have been here long enough and been reading these posts that depression and cravings are the next things to come, be ready for them and try to have a plan to curb them.  You have done so good and I'm so happy for you. Keep up the good work and if you need someone to talk to we are here. PM me if you like. Just keep doing what your doing.

Thanks so much for asking...I have my g-daughter over who is busy bouncing on my yoga ball at this minute  LOL...Actually for me...day 1 was worst, thursday.. and each day has been better...I went to the gym ( a struggle on day 1 and  2 ) but fairly easy today...have slept well with ambien..have probably taken a total of 30 mg valium so far and only .25 of that today..EmergenC poder with water several times a day and all the vitamins posted to take...I did not have the horrible day 3 (today) like I heard about   runs off and on the whole time which imodium stopped and a headache off and on...some depression, not bad...difficult getting motivated and have not left the house til like 3 pm but stay busy and come home around 8pm or so...today was better..found that the treadmill is my friend...NA meetings and got my 24 hour key last night...very proud,,,It has been quite a while since i went 24 hours without a tab!
