Lidocaine can indeed trigger a positive on a test for cocaine. although the amounts used in trigger point therapy are minute and the half-life is short. What you need is an attorney (this will be difficult because most of the public aide attorneys are useless as a screen door in a submarine) and a certified true copy of your medical records. This attorney has to register an immediate written protest to child protective services, and request a hearing to re-unite you with your child.

Hi and Welcome! I am sorry that has happened to you. I would think since you are getting these injections from a physician that they could vouch for you and intervene some way. You are legitamitly getting these injections. Did you show them some kind of proof that you get the injections? I know with hair follicle testing it can show up to a year. Again, sorry that this has happened. ~Bkitty
