HI you cant take sub and methadone at the same time and nether one was ever intended to releave withdrawals there both designed to be used in conjunction with aftercare programs they will put your addiction on hold wile you work at puting your life back on stable ground please dont ask about dosing instuctions on the forum its agents the rules I just thouth I would chim in and warn you not to take both at the same time its obvious your getting it off the street and you will get real sick if you take both at the same time check into a clinic and do this right.............Gnarly

No one online can give you medical advice...Especially about medications as that is very dangerous to take anyone's word or suggestion on how you take your dosages...

You need to speak with your prescribing Dr. for these medications...

Methadone and Suboxone (The latter I assume is what you meant)

Methadone has a very long half life so it's imperative that you work with a Dr....

I also hope that these are both medications that you are prescribed by one Dr. and not taking from others like friends/family/off the street.

I wish you luck...
