Hi I agree with the others  I dont  think it will help  methadone is a full antagnist tram is not  the relief your filling is only a plasibo effect time to just bit the bullet.. acute methadone withdrawal take 7 to 10 days to run it course then the energy crash and no sleep just hang in there keep posting for support...........Gnarly

tanks im 6 days clean iv takin trams today and it eased withdrawls il take for 3 days at most

It may actually make it worse. It has a nerve component that makes me jittery which increase the anxiety of wd.
Hang in there it's just something we have to endure to get better in our life. Glad your here.

While Tramadol is not classed as an opiate, it is addictive & will give you opiod-like w/d's. While it's completely understandable that you fear w/d's, there's really no point in trading one drug for another. Also, you run a risk of seizures with Trams. The fact is, if you want to come off of Methadone (or any other opiate), you're going to have to deal w/ some discomfort for a while. This will pass though & the rewards are well worth it!

I really dont think thats the way to go with this....your call, but u shouldnt get w/d relief with more drugs....but, thats my opinion.
