That is such great news......keep it up you are almost there!
Congrats on day 4 now, things should start getting better soon. I don't know your story yet, but i just wanted to wish you the best in your recovery, life is so good clean:) Have you tried anything to help with sleep? Sleep is hard to come by at first, but it will improve. I used melatonin a couple time to help with sleep, it does not work for everyone but worth a try. Stay strong, your doing great:)

Days 1-5 were the worst for me. Day 6 was the turning point. Hang the there the physical part is almost over!!!! Jeff
