mini detox weekend

Last weekend I did a mini-detox so I have cut down. Good news is that's I am cancer free but I have to start taking insulin again. They say by doing a blood test that certain things that indicate cancer are within normal. My kidney functions are above normal but they say I can spare my kidneys by watching what I eat.

i am so pleased for you that you are cancer free! that must be a huge relief, i know its rough about the insulin, but not having cancer is the best news , i do really wish you well, god bless.          sudie
