mornings are the worst

this morning is not going to well   almost 2 weeks off of my DOC and im not sick but i feel horrible, in the mornings..  plus my taste buds are outta wack   what to do, im gong for a long walk..  uhh  morning are the worst

Hey hope all is well in your world.. The bone broth I think has helped me so much. I came across it looking for bone detox. Urges are the worst they will come fewer and further between eventually but the first few weeks it seems to be all I will think about. I'm trying to keep my mind busy, reading watching tv, anything other then just thinking. Damn some days are harder then others and prospective is hard to keep. I have to say I have a bottle of 70 10mg methadone sitting in my drawer. I can't believe I didn't even touch them on bad days. Keep your goals in mind and you can do anything you set your mind to.

thank you so much, you gave me awesome advice, Organic!!  Yes if there is anytime to eat organic food it is while going through this, i plan to stay heathy and opiate free   even though i get these erges to use, i wont...   i hope the best for you.. ps,, i havr been drinking Redbull like water and Immodium 2 aday   seems to help a lot!

I have done so much research on MD but still question what I really know! I read the research papers form clinical trials and then read forums and they don't even sound close to being on the same page. I am on day 9 of no methadone and wow I had No idea what I was doing taking that 1st or the 1000th dose. I did what the good doc said. Oh well whatever.
   After reading there didn't seem to be any help other then support which is huge, but when my body feels like hammered dog s*#^. Words are just that. So I went at it from another angel. I wanted to detox as fast as possible to feel better, right! I will admit the first few days I took a loratab or 10 to get me threw some bad things. But then it was flush. Flush and flush. Which by the way doesn't make you fell anything other then the need to pee, a lot. So I went deeper 1. vitamin twice a day 2. Magnesium again twice a day 3. Potassium twice a day and this is what I think has helped me the most go to the heal food store and get organic sulfur it tastes worse then you will fill but I started felling better that afternoon. Eat a lot of greens or make juice this will help your liver get rid of thing rather then redistributed them. I also went and got bones at the groceries store and boiled them and sipped on broth this detoxes your bones and replaces the fake crapy with things that are essential. It might sound like a lot but it will make such a difference. Hope this help, here is to felling human again. :)
