Day two feeling pretty sick. Sweets, shakes and going to bathroom alot. can anyone help?  I don't know what to do to settle down.  Took 5mg val last night to sleep.  I did sleep from 1am until 6am this morning woke up soak and wet how much longer?

Just give it time. I went through the same thing and thought it would never end. Every day you wake up and realize you made it another day and you WILL start to feel a little better every day. Just keep going and good luck.

How long does it take for the Amino Acid Protocol to get into your system.  I started it yesterday.

Sweetie?  Two more days and you will feel MUCH better.  I know you think you are going crazy, but you're not.  You're brain and body are just adjusting to the lack of drugs.  You can do this.  TWO DAYS!  Come'on, that's awesome considering what you were taking!  

Two more days, chica.... Two more days.  Also, if you can tolerate it, it's my advice to just keep going to the bathroom.  It's the bodies way of ridding itself of all the toxins.  If it becomes intolerable, THEN use the Imodium.

Do you have any immodium? If not,get some,thats a must when going through detox.I found it not only helped with the bathroom troubles but it helped to settle my stomach a little too.Look up the thomas recipe in the health pages,top right hand corner,there are things there that will help you out a little too.All the best and keep posting.Congrats on the second day.Just hang n there.YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
