need help on this one please

okay, I had to get stitches in the back of my head in on the inside of my mouth. So I was wondering will cigarettes effect me if I smoke them?

If you're worried about your health perhaps you should consider quit smoking.

Yeah, im an AVID smoker and i think, maybe wait on smoking for now. What about a vap cig? Isnt that just water vapor? Maybe look into that?

Smoking defiantly will delay healing. Try a patch.

Wow so sorry. It's sounds like you've had quite an injury. I wouldn't smoke with mouth stitches. It could delay healing and cause infection. If you must do it, keep it to the bare minimum. This might be a good opportunity to quit.
