Hey everyone. It's been some time hasn't it. Well just wanted to update. I have been going to methadone clinic for 6 moths now. And it's been helping greatly. My whole family now knows everything. My fiancé and my daughter and I have moved to live with his parents while I taper off my 100mg dose at 5mg a week until I get to 30 mg so I can go into detox then an inpatient program where I can be with my baby girl. :) life's amazing right now and I have never felt so much support. It felt good to finally be honest and get it all off my chest. For those who remember me I had been keeping this secret ifmy using methadone on the street and then the clinic for some time now. All I can say is its true. The truth does set you free. It truly does. After my 3 month program my little family is moving to Colorado to start fresh. I've never been happier. God bless.

That's wonderful news, Lynn. I'm so glad to hear you're doing well with a solid plan in place. I always knew you would make it. You are very brave for finally coming clean, I know how hard that must've been. And it's great that you are receiving the support you need & deserve. I'm proud of you! Keep up the good work. Oh lynn i am so happy to hear this update!!!  I have thought about you often and wondered how you were.  I am thrilled that you finally told your family what was going on.  Now you will be able to move forward and finally do some living.  How is the baby doing?  I bet she is getting big!
