one week

today makes 7 days, one week.  never would have thought i could do it but so proud that i have. For those that have followed my post, you know now i am in the *mentall rollarcoaster* part of this ****. However, i accept that i did this to myself and i will be fine. I do feel better today( all around) than i remember feeling in a long time. So for everyone who is in this battle with me and so many others, IT DOES GET BETTER.  Thanks for all  the support

I am SO glad you posted this!!! it DOES get better!! I am on 9 days and I do feel my natural energy and happiness coming back. You just gotta get through that first WEEK!! Thanks for posting encouragement, I know a lot of people could use it. MUCH LOVE!

Sleep well, Lee.........You are still doing such a great job. It just doesnt happen as rapidly as we would like, does it?  Think about all those others on this forum that right now are wondering if they will ever get to sleep again. At least you have gotten past that point and that day 3 jinx that you were worried about!!

today is day 5 for me ....i still feel horrible....have no energy....still having severe back pain adn leg cramps...no sleep....how long does this last....i dont know if i can keep ths up

Lee you are doing so well.........and the really good news is that it just keeps getting better!  Always keep this experience in mind - - -  Some people go back and forth a long time before they quit for good - - learn from your experience! And best of luck to you.............

a week is great...congrats..r u doing any aftercare?  the mental stuff will get u down..exercise helped me....there r some great articles in the health pages..address the mental stuff cos that is what often causes relapse..stay with us and congrats
