opiates w/o drowsiness

Anyone know of any opiates that minimize drowsiness. I have heard of a few meds that can be taken w/ pain meds that help....such as provigil. I have been on fentanyl, mscontin, oxycodone, and morphine IR.

I recommend people not take Opiates.
