hi iwent to docs and he put me on soma bad back i was doing great for the first time in so long then after 8 months he took 4 a day from me and put me on oxy 2x20mg a day i only eat 1/2 2x day i all the sudden after 1 month felt this power come over me so great i new i was in trouble so i started taking just pieces of suboxin little pieces so i can get off oxy it takes all syptoms away until you quit it then its back it is so powerful of a feeling now i am having 40 bad panic attacks a day. this past weekend i buried my sister in law murdered by her son, accidently but nephew is in jail for murder then my 20 year old daughters best friend od died at 19 on oxy ann a bad bag of heroin i am panicing so bad and i can't kick this powerful feeling and i am not taking oxy what do i do losing it bad please talk to me help me understand i am not a drug user i did not even know what this doc was giving me i am overpowered  help make me understand what is happening and what to do

panic attax could be independent of the sub...or it may be related but it sounds like u have had some changes in ur life to cope with..can u talk to ur doctor?

so right now as I read it you are just taking the sub? As far as I know its a good idea to have aftercare like NA or AA to help you and it would be a great idea to talk to your doctor and tell him you want off of it and he can help you do that , Its great that you are here for help explain more because there are so many on here with so much great support to give

Can you go back to your doctor and explain everything and see if you can get some medicine for anxiety?  To me I think if you are dealing with all that short term use of something to help you would help you.  In my personal life I have had a lot of emotions that I have never had to deal with and a anti-depressant is helping.  Hang in there, tomorrow is a new day and hopefully you will have more peace.
