Yes you could see a psychiatrist for depression meds. It will take time but you will heal.
Get as much support as possible. Go to meetings daily, AA,NA, celebrate recovery.
Stay away from people, places and things associated with your use.
Do you have family,friends who you can be accountable to, with your time and money.

Never a lost cause and many people have to go inpatient several times before getting clean. You may need to consider a residential treatment program sometimes those work well for people who have relapsed multiple times after several inpatient rehabs. It is also imperative that you not only cut all of your sources but find and stick with long term aftercare.
You'll get through this and yes, they have medication to help with the lows
