physical effects of Percocet

I was taking 5mg of Percocets for about 3 months only took about 1 to 2 pills almost everyday. I started taking them for my teeth i had a couple pulled and the dentist would prescribe them and i started getting addicted and started getting them from a friend off the streets. I didnt think i was an addict because i was only taking 1 or 2 a day . so i quit cold turkey because my supplier could not going to get them anymore. its been 14 days since I've taken one and i have been so sick it started with a migraine 3 days after i stopped taking them and my aniexty has been bad because I've had this pressure and tingling feeling in my head it no longer is a migraine but this sensation on my scalp has my worried. I've been to the ER three times this week and the Docs cant find anything wrong with me. My question is only taking a small amount like i was could it cause me all these problems I'm going through also i have no energy and feel weak for almost two weeks now. Has anybody felt this bad only taking a pill or two a day and then quit???

yes i have been to the ER three times this week they gave numerous test and only one was a little off which was the D-Dimer which checks for possible blood clots so i was complaining about some burning in chest and not acid reflux kind more like tingling sensation so they did a CT scan on my chest and found nothing and said that my numbers might be a little elevated due to some inflammation in my body. Im just praying that its some kind of Aniexty caused by stopping the Percocets. Im so scared ;(

I also had bad headaches for sometime after wd's.
Still do, but not near as often.
About day 33 is when they started letting up.
So the last week not so many as before.

Right. Your symptoms sound too protracted to be withdrawal from such a tiny amount of drug.  Just to be safe, why don't you get some blood work done?

I don't think this is withdrawal  you haven't been taking them long enough to cause what you have. I to have migraines and everything you are describing is the result of a bag migraine.  These things can last days with a bad migraine...give it s day or 2....you should feel better soon....

Hi.  Yes this is all normal. Your on day 14 so any day now you will start to feel better.
It won't be long and you will turn the corner.
