please Help me with my taper

I almost hit 3months on suboxone to get of H started at 8mg and it got me really high. So called md the next day and he told me to cut it in half. Long story short, i did my own taper since even 4mg gave me That euphoria felt like im a public figure, high confidence and all good stuff That everything is cool. I dropped down to 1mg,md is very proud then i dropped it again to 0.5mg / 24hours thats when i started to feel the wdrawals every morning. Md told me to take 0.25mg every 12hours and it helps a lot no withdrawals at all. Promised myself and md That i will drop and jump of the subs after i finish my exam Just 3days ago i just took 0.125mg/24hours. First day on it i was ok, a little wdrawal around night time took lunesta and it helps, woke up with wdrawals the next day took another0.125mg with little effect. The next day tried to hold it and jump from it but i failed the pain diarrea vomiting and racing
heartbeat chills goosebumps is unbearable. what should i do? Did i drop too fast?

Hi,

You are not going to avoid the physical withdrawal process. It doesn't matter what you do or how low you drop. You are on a very low dose. You will have to make your mind up to get it done and get prepared for a few days of being uncomfortable. It will not be as bad as the heroin withdrawal.
