possible overdose

I have taken approx 50 tramadol and 30 diazapan in 9 days, I stopped yesterday as I had ran out and now ive got my sensible head back on. I feel absplutely dreadful, body aches all over, cold, nausea, headaches. Is this just a matter of feeling bad for a few days or should I be worried. Could my liver pack up? or worse could I die? I do this every few months, get perscription drugs for my lower back pain and I go on a bender. so far i have lived to tell the tale but I do worry one day my body wont take it anymore and I'll die of an accendital overdose.

Thank you.

I'm feeling a bit better today, have slept loads, drank plenty of water and even had a bite to eat. Panic over I think but I do worry as Tramadol is, i think, paracetamol based and that's my biggest fear, slow liver failure. Whenever I do this i feel like telling my Doc the truth, that 9 times out of ten When I ask for the pills its a lie and I'm planning a binge. But of course I never do. To top it all my back has seized and if it gets worse I will need the pills for real and my doc, knowing my history wont give me them. I ask about twice a yr or when my back goes which is not that often as I have learnt to manage that problem quite well. I think that's called sods law ;-)

The tram can raise your B/P and heart rate and you may be having a panic attack.I actually took abuot that many tramadol.

l stopped and 48 hours later called 3ll. 311 Twice to check me and then 911 to take me to ER. I was shaking my heart was beating fast and pounding..

I agreee you should call a medical doctor or your ER . I am not a professional with a degree. These are my expereiences with that drug.

You might need to ask your Doctor about those medications, but it sounds like a withdrawal from a binge, just like any substance if you binge for days straight and just stop your going to have to let your body go back to normal and most of the time it doesn't feel good. If you feel flu like that's normal and you should read some posts on how to ease w/d's .If your in pain or you feel something isn't right definitely call a doc. binging on anything isn't a good thing and could be dangerous. It sounds like this is a huge problem in your life. Coming here is a start if you want to quit for good and let your body heal. Just keep reading posts and hopefully you'll be inspired to take your life back. Everyone on here is amazing and will help you with your recovery (not cure you). you should seek treatment for your addiction.
