Just know that you're VERY sensitive right now while your CNS and brain chemicals normalize. Try to keep a check on that because it's not them... :)
Getting sufficient sleep helps, at least it did for me. I was on edge a lot of the time and pretty cranky but resting helped a lot!
Last question for now:
I am very touchy and sensitive to teasing/kidding from my kids (teens/younger). It seemed to be an instant trigger to want to take something. How to cope with this? It was harmless teasing that wouldn't bother me normally but got to me tonight. Am I being ridiculous? Sure feels like it.
That's wonderful news! Very happy for you!
Those cravings will stop with time and I know it's hard to be patient! You'll get there, though. Just continue to keep your focus and stay busy and active.
Happy Thanksgiving to you!
It will go away , I promise. Your brain chemistry needs to find its norm and it can take a bit of time. Exercising is your best friend when the craving hits, because it makes you produce more endorphins. The craving will become less and less as the days go by. Just remember that it will pass everytime and how great it is not have your life controlled by pills anymore.
Congratulations and Happy Thanksgiving.
