Please help!!
this is my prob i've been on methadone 15 years but i was sick of it so i switched to 5 60ml dyhidracodene a day but woke up not feeling well so i had 30ml of methadone. i wont have to start over again will i as i thought methadone stays in your system 3 to 5 days i knew it can take 6 to 8 weeks to get clear but surely that one dose will not set me back will it??? I regret having it and poured the rest away. will i b ok carrying on with my df's?
