refusingbondage is 1 month clean today:)

I am so proud of you girl. One month clean today  and look at how far you have come so quick. I know you are gone this weekend, but you deserve credit for the BIG 30 day mark.  Now you are on here helping others and sharing your experience with suboxone. Congrats and enjoy your weekend, you have earned it:)

Thank you guys so very much.  You have ALL been such a big and important part of my recovery.  Finding this site and all the kind and supportive people on here has meant such a difference to me and truly gave me the strength to get through it.  I am in Cape May NJ this weekend by myself celebrating 30 days.  Its chilly but beautiful and I my jog this morning on a deserted beach (not many people around in Oct) is just what the doctor ordered.  Sometimes silence is golden.  I never thought I could get a weekend away and not worry about pills so its very liberating.  And OC - you bet I will be continuing to post.  Its the least I can do to give back because again, the posts and people Ive met on this forum got me through the dark times.   Thanks everyone!

Congratulations ----  You have become a powerful and encouraging voice on this site.  You have not been afraid to step up to the plate and share every minute of your W/D experience off of opiates and then the very wicked Sub.   I do wish I had heard from those like you who learned the truth about the awful addictive nature of Sub - before I too went that way.  Yes, it took a whole month going through he11 of Sub W/D's but we did make it.  Hope many others can be helped by your ongoing posts ---- They prove that it can be done.  Way to go girl.
