scared of judgement

How do you deal with the fear of judgement.from friends and family. And how do you remind yourself to be gentle with yourself.  Since telling my husband who is wonderful and supportive I am so scared of what he thinks

Let the Genie out of the bottle.  Those who love you and are true friends will continue to do and be so.  They will also support you.  Those that don't, you don't need anyway.

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies.  You have to forgive yourself.  We are Human and being same do stupid Human tricks sometimes.............

TALK to your Man.  Tell him what you are thinking and ask him what he's thinking!

just remember ( i had to tell myself this for a while before i believed it) someone is always going to not like something you do its just thinking ...ohh well this is a fact of life i cant help it and if something goes wrong i cant change it so i have to deal with it and remember its our differences that make us unique
