so scared and confused

Ok, I'm new and have been reading what everyone wrote I hade been taking percocet 10 and. Ultram for well over a year and tomorrow will be day one without them. I have been here befor and never have made it past day two and need help! I more than anything want to kick this. I have 3 kids and they need a good mom they don't understand why I get depressed can't even cook dinner. Please if you have advice I will take anything. Thank you guys

I can't taper cause I have no more meds to take. I would love to do that but my Dr doesn't care. They said you will just feel bad for a few days. I'm so confused about the hole thing I don't want to hurt my kids. U also dnt want to depend on the percocet either I haven't taken ultram in a week. I have noticed changes not being on them.

I agree with avisg, if you can taper off with the help of someone to hold your pills. I had to quick the vics ct because I was not disaplined to only take a certain amount.I found what works for me, still weaning off morphin, I workout every nite, camomile tea, sport tea, passionflower herb oil to relax me and pray.

I have 3 children, I began this process 4 months ago, stopped vics ct and now weaning of time release morphin.

I would do one at a time tram is dangerours to CT off obut seen is you are still on the percks you could probably cut down the tram one every day or two .You want to get off that first then  the perks next can you taper ?
