i have been using spasmo proxyvon for the past 5 yrs and i really want to leave it but can't stop it.. so plz if anyone can help me stopusing it then i'll be really great... i have treid to stop it but i have lots and lots of body pain and can't sleep at all... so plz do hlp me out....

People will not understand what that is. Better you say Darvocet (U.S. tradename). Propoxyphene. I have been using for past 6 years.. 18 or more pills a day and was unable to stop by tapering. Tapering makes u feel uncomfortable for a long time, but I have decided I am going to give it an honest try now. What I will try to do is decrease dosage by 3 pills every week and see how that progresses. It will take a big effort, but hopefully things will be fine. I have unlimited supply so that does not help. I would gobble whenever I felt like, but from now I will keep count each week and tell u about my progress and how I'm feeling from day to day.
