HI Lynn.....dont be scared your only coming off a small amount it shouldent be to bad this time .......take it ez do a slow taper and you will be fine just know methadone is a slow recovery it ok as long as you dont try and rush it you can do this keep us posted good luck and God bless.........Gnarly
