Why are you coming off of methadone? If you get on Sub you are going to have to WD from that too. There is no easy way out. If it is mild WD then hang in there. Have you read the health information page on this forum to help with the WD symptoms?

Not sure how methadone vs sub effects the liver? have to ask your doctor?
