Try and get up and move around as much as you can.  I know this part is hard but you will get thru it.  As IBK said, check out the amino acids.         sara

Hi & Welcome!

I don't need to know how much you were taking and I surely don't need to know how you were administering it. I don't see the relevance. So now you are at the end of the physical withdrawal? A couple of days in? What you are feeling is normal. Your body is adjusting and getting itself healthy again. It is going to take time. Up at the top right of the page you will see the health pages. In there you will find the Amino Acid Protocol. It contains natural supplements that may help speed things along a bit and give you some energy. Exercise is also helpful and if you can commit to even short brisk walks it will help. Please hang in there and be good to yourself.
