it does get better every day...you can do this, you have to make up your mind you are going to do this...be strong, try to stay busy.walk or exercise... have you tried the thomas recipe or Amino Acid Protocol, they both help alot, I heard nothing but good things about them and lots swear by them...remember to drink lots of fluids, and eat when you can...take care, remember one day at a time...keep posting and reading threads...we are here for you...keep fighting the fight!!
Yes it will pass.... Tackling wd mentally is about as important as getting all the things that you believe that will get you thru.. You believe being the key word.. If you believe you will be in hell you will.. Tackling this as if were a war is a good way.. You are not going into battle with the attitude you are going to die.. you set aside fear.. doubt and you kick ***.. use what is at your disposal to combat this.. get out and walk can't walk exercise.. this will help with anxiety and depression.. know that it will pass this is only temporary it is a non binding part of wd and will pass....
