I am so lucky to have found u all. Been a bit scared to pop back. But the responses hard and soft really are from the heart. We all have to same goal. We all understand eachother. My time has come to move forward. I am being to soft with myself and this is not an option anymore.

We will all have many hard times. But we will all pull eachother threw.

I've written a list as Sara suggested.
Im keeping busy as u all suggested
Im taking it softly as u all suggested
booked counselling. Etc

I am listening Im learning and i owe u all.

We are the most educated people when it comes to addiction. It's very difficult for others on the outside to truly understand what we must endure to beat this. With that said, we also are continuing to learn about what we need for ourselves and our sobriety. It seems you have changed your outlook on  some things... like counseling for example. That's a positive step ...not the counseling itself...although I am sure it will be great for you....but I am speaking more of the fact that you finally realize that your way isn't  working and you have begun to explore other avenues. that's the best thing you can do for yourself and your fam....keep it up Zoe! ;)

Honey, we won't ever give up on you...NEVER give up on yourself!  I'm so happy you have a new plan in place.  You gotta set yourself up for success and give yourself the best fighting chance that you can.
Brave choices Zoe, I can feel you are at a turning point and I am cheering for you all the way!  Your girls are blessed to have such a caring and compassionate mother, and you are going to show them just how strong and resilient you are.  I'm proud of you.

So glad you are doing well and had a good day with the girls. I think you should plan to celebrate U.S. Mother's Day, too (second Sunday in May). That way you can see the progress in your recovery from a great day today to a fabulously superlative day then. (Any excuse to celebrate, I always say!)

have no choice but to see this through now. I believe if i don't sort this out i will loose everything. I can't let.this affect my girls anymore. Its mothers day and what a great day to focus on what needs to be done. Positive thinking I've been too negative lately.
