can anyone tell me what the mineral supplement would be in the thomas recipe? Also where can i find the l-tyrosine

I would take them twice a day so that you are getting the water soluble vitamins 24/7. After a month or 3 cut back to 1/2 twice daily. Our systems do not process nutrients well until they have been clean for awhile.

Yes, you can get any Multi Vitamin. Name brand doesn't matter. I take Solgar.

Just buy a Full Spectrum Multi Mineral Formula. You get the L-Tyrosine at a health food store or vitamin store. Twinlabs makes an L-Tyrosine with the B-6 in it. Saves you from having to take another pill.lol
