time at night your body heals.

did you guys know that your body heals physically from 10pm to 2am and then your body heals mentaly after that.  im a personal trainer and taking a ton of health courses and all kinds of stuff.  but i thought it was pretty cool when i heard that.   so technically you should head to bed by 10 and wake up anywhere from 4-6 or later.  ya im learning all kinds of stuff.  something like if you wake up at 3 or 4 its your lungs holding greif,  meaning your grefing over something or someone.  i was told so much of those throughout the hours of the night but i cant remember them all.
i was also told its best if you dont have any direct light to the eyes 2 hrs before bed.  no lights no tv all taht stuff.  read with the candle light.  or listen to music.  all these little things contribute to a good night sleep and how you feel thenext morning.  i just thought some of this stuff was pretty cool so i thought id share with you guys.  i dont know these are 100 percent facts im just telling you what i learned from my teacher haha.  but i think shes probably the best teacher ive ever had.
