I feel good.....not having any cravings I am glad I did this...life is so much better now..it can be done stay strong and keep your faith...would love encouraging feedback.

Hi , 2 Weeks your over the hump . Next 2 weeks you need to eat, drink water , take your Vit's , rest as needed , Walk and move around as much as you can , Do little things that you like to do . Take the kids or dog for a short walk. Do things that make you happy .
Takes time to detox and rebuild our mind & body . We beat ourself hard using drugs and then the added stress of detox ,
Took me about  day 30 to feel near normal , sleep , energy , emotions ,
now at near 4 months i feel pretty good , Wake up in a good mood ,  Mostly happy , Smile a lot , enjoying life again , enjoying family and friends , returned to a 30+ year hobby . haveing fun again .
I do not think about pills , have no cravings , Go out all day long on lifes normal high now . It's nice , You will soon see .

You will now start to feel pride in yourself , you went thru hell fighting hard for days , now you start to live a happy pill free life , and You get you back.

Congrats on 2 weeks!! Keep it going! Just be careful of that "pink cloud" and know that the hard work comes in STAYING clean!!! Youre doing great though! :)
