tramadol addiction help

hello i am new to this site my storey goes like everyone elses been on tramadol for 11 years tried 4 times twice with med help in rehab to get get free from this hell but still on 20+ 50mg daliy also 100mg and 200 sr when i can get hold of them every time i try the phisical withdrawl is to strong pure hell i cant beat this please help my name is kerry and i am 28 thank u

The worst I ever got was 12-13/day...I gradually started cutting back, got to about 6/day then cold turkeyed it.  No go.sicker than a dog for a week..pure hell..I then got back up to 12-13/day and then started cutting back by 1 per week..got down to around 6 and stayed there for several months, doc kept refilling them..I got down to 2-3 per day..then 1-2 and declared myself clean as I was all out and feeling OK..and then I stupidly refilled it "just in case" and climbed right back up again...

I'm now at 2 per day, down to my last 2 and 1/2  and this is going to have to be it...I have 3 refills left which I plan on cancelling

I'm sure you've tried all this...Tramhater is indeed very knowledgeable on the subject and I'm sure can help...you can do it..as tough as it is.  Last one I took was at 5PM last night and I'm feeling fine so far this morning..may try not taking any today..
