tramadol and Herion WD which is worse

I trying to detox from tramadol and herion. Last dose of herion 2 days. last tram last night took 150mgs.
I detox from trams ct before not herion. what can i expecty? today cold  hot flashes -shakes -crying

yeah tramamdol wd's are nothing compared to H or OC wd's....i mean if youve taken tramadol in huge doses for two years or longer there is a possibility of seizures during wd's and all the other wd symptoms but milder, the seizures and convulsions are the only scary part, but thats in huge doses at long long periods of taking it..i highly doubt youll have anywhere near as bad wd's as h gave you, there not really comparable..the only reason there is a chance of seizures is because tramadol is also a rapidly acting anti-depressant like drug as well so the serotonin levels get mesed up and can cause that, so be careful but i wouldnt worry too much if youve cted from H before
