Yes it will get better. Im proud of your day four. Whoo hoo. I know you dont care about that. But four days is huge step. It took me about ten days or longer to feel good. Or at least rhe sweating chills diearehha and throwing up to stop. I was on a high dose of oxies though. I didnt know tramadol was addictive. Wow what did i know. Are you following the thomas reciepe? It helps alot. My day 4 thu 6 was the pits. I felt like why is this taking so long? I wanted to throw in the towel so many times. I completely understand your fustration and i know how sick you feel. Slow and steady wins this race.just tell yourself one more day then you should turn the corner. Are you keeping yourself hydrated? Do you have imodieum? Hot baths help. Im praying for you. Sending some strenght.
I went thru oxycontin withdrawals in 2003, it was 3 long weeks of full blown withdrawals non stop. But right afterwards, i healed fast. This is my secong time, with oxycodone, and even tho, the withdrawals only lasted about 9 days, the aftermath nis horrendeous. Mental depression, anxiety which is finally tapering off in the last 2 days ( today 32 days clean), and my physcial pains are intensified right now about a gazillion! Cant sleep unless I take meatonin and that's still on and off every 2 hours. but everyone is different. So, there ya have it. Day 4 is still kinda early to expect much. Once the withdrawals stop, expect a month to recover since you've been on them a yr. I heard one month for every yr. I got 5 more months to go! grrrrrrrr
