trying to go cold turkey from perc 30's

Im at 23 yr old mother to a beautiful daughter who is 3 years old and ive been takin percs for almost 2 years...im going cold turkey because i cant leave my child and boyfriend...i hate the withdrawl the cold sweats not being able to do anything and not sleeping ad being lazy...is  there anything me n my boyfriend can take before during nd after the wd thatll help with ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the pain???? if so ur input is greeatly appreciated....im goin to try right now to go from 30s to 15s to 10s then be done i wanna be done in 2-3 weeks tops if not fully clean at leaast thru and past all the achiness n laziness and not bein able to sleep and cold sweats. PLEASE GUYS I NEED HELP FOR MY FAMILY I CANT GO DOWN THIS ROAD I WANNA BE DONE COMPLETELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You could try benedryl for sleep.  I have a cold and it did help to knock me out to help cold and get some sleep however it may just make restless feelings worse..You could try half a pill to see.....Cold sweats should go away pretty soon.  Hang in there you can celebrate coming off with a nice fireworks show..Keep busy and try not to watch the clock.  Walk a lot or circle a room like I did.....

Oh, God love you for being so determined to do this for yourself and your family!  The road always gets a bit bumpy before it smooths out... you gotta stay focused and tough it out, hunny.  You can do it.  Make sure you eat a well balanced diet with alot of fruit and veggies.  Ibuprofen may take the edge off, too.  Melatonin is a natural and great sleep aid when taken in low-doses (1-2 mg before bed).  Also, get out in the fresh air and sunshine when you can, and let the beauty of nature soothe you.  This really helps, just give it time, and every day, it will be just a little bit easier.  God bless you and your family. - Blu
