today is day two at 80 mg.It was not bad at all did'nt notice anything till i try to sleep was'nt able to sleep long enough. So got up and did a sleeping pill got up and really notice itabout 15 hour's since i've done any holding a bit longer but i need to work;so i will do a half of a 40 to go.

I don't know how much withdrawal there is with coke, but i will tell you it's nothing like getting off opiates .......definitely try to taper as much as you can, and prepare to not feel to good for a while.  You know this has to stop.  Can't go on like this forever. It will only get worse, so now is a good time because your here. Keep posting, yell, scream, b!tch and moan.....we all understand and are here for you.

Well, if you have withdrawn off of Cocaine, then you know the devil inside the process.

I definitely agree that tapering is a better way to go.  Otherwise, you will feel so horrible that you will break........at least I would.

There is alot of good advice on here about ways to alleviate the pain and discomfort.

I've been there and it really stinks, but you can do it.

thank.s i will take ur advice i was able to stop a daily coke habit cold turkey 5 years clean now with no problems and strated oxy's a year a go and just stared to think it's bcoming a problem

If you are going with the taper and have the pills to do it, Drop your dose every 3 days. That will give your body a chance to adjust to the new mgs...

Can be done and i have seen people quit successfully on a higher dose than that...u gotta be ready...a bit of a taper may help if u can...however u choose just stick to ur plan and get it done...keep posting

yes you can absolutely do it!! Like it has been said,  it sucks a$$..  but it is worth it to be free of them..Like they say..nothing worthwhile comes easy..(i really don't know why that is though) Get your mind as prepared as you can and give yourself no choice..keep posting ..You will get alot of support here..

Of course you can........It will suck a$$, but it can be done.  If you can taper a bit that will always help some.  Easy for me to say, but it won't be easy.  I know.  Not gonna blow smoke up your butt.  Its a miserable process, but you will have to face it at some point.

on average most people are done with the worst of it by day 5 or day 6.  With days 2,3,4 being the worst physical feeling.  You just have to make a plan and then stick to it.. You really can do this

YES YOU CAN...  But it is not easy.. A professional told me that the chances of dying from withdrawl from oxycontin(that too was my drug of choice) are less than getting hit by lightning.  But it will be very very uncomfortable and it is DOABLE!

YOU CAN DO IT..

GET YOURSELF PREPARED AND THEN JUST DO IT!
