up late got a cold on top of w/d this *****

im on day 4 and i was doing pretty good till i got a sever cold yesterday now i feel like im going through it all over again . im taking what i can but nothing is working this ***** just when i didnt need a cold i get one

I know for me i don't remember ever being sick while using....Then like you i caught a cold, and everything else....I would sneeze then yawn, over and over...
But you are almost there, keep going!!!

Goodmorning congrats on day 4 !!!  You never have to do day 1-3 again! I heard of the sneezing from others. I had different joys to experience in my wds. But the common thing is it gets better every day!

Well said Joann..was gonna say the same thing!  The VERY first sign I am w/d (for me) is I start SNEEZING UNCONTROLLABLY!  So bad, I can't catch my breathe!  I'm sorry BUll..hang in there kiddo....remember "THIS TOO SHALL PASS"

It is possible your cold symptoms are part of your wds... alot of times you sneeze ALOT during wds and your sinuses really start acting up b/c of the receptors changing w/o the opiates in your body. (i know others have explained it way better than i am) Also, your immune system is going to be weak right now. Are you taking the aminos & vitamins? I would strongly suggest taking the Buffered Vitamin C... Ester C I think it's called.

Keep up the good work! You are almost through the worst part of the physical and you can do this!

I feel ya! I started getting sick a week before I started my detox and am still sick and i think it make it's it harder. You never know what is the w/d part or just part of being sick.  But this is the start of flu season :( Feel better soon.
