Day 6 leg aches insomnia. God what can I do?
Its day 4 for me and I gotta say I feel a little achy other than tired . I feel fine. no more sweaty *** or hot cold stuff. Maybe all of that yogurt and banana and gallons of h20. Hang in there
Withdrawal will be the same as last time, I'm afraid! Have you tried the Thomas Recipe? I took immodium for the stomach junk. I also used a mag/cal supplement, hylands leg cramps, advil, epsom salt baths and a heating pad. Once I felt better, I started vitamins and the amino acid protocol. What I used really did help. The baths help SO much. Oh....gatorade and apple juice. Soup and toast to keep from aggravating the stomach anymore than it already is!
Good luck. You are almost over the worst. Give it a couple more days, and you will be past the hard physical part. Then you have to figure out how to keep it from happening again. What was missing?
Honestly, the withdrawal is going to be pretty much the same. I hate being the bearer of bad news. Theres a few things that help, Ive heard high amounts of vitamin c helps, also I read that a supplement called "black cohosh" can help with the hot and cold flashes. Try some yogurt to balance your digestive system out. Stay strong and Im glad you're quitting faster this time around.
