thats alot to try to clean out of yourself at once...congrats on the decision to do that. it seems that sleep takes a while to fall back into place. if it's rls symptoms you can try hot baths (epsom salts help draw the toxins out thru your skin)...i didn't have valium, i had ativan and it didn't seem to help me much either, i know it's frustrating but i got about the same amount of sleep as you last week when i started my detox.
stay away from the valium you will trade one addiction for another especially if you are taking 3 at a time.try the amino acid,L-theanine and 5htp.they are all natural i also take ALTERIL it is an over the counter sleep aid again all natural .

i only took 3 last night, but i do also have melatonin, i feel like im loosing my mind,thanks for the support
its up and down at the moment...but i would have to say it's gotten better. i still fight for a full nights sleep, but the few hours i get now seem to be more restful, if that makes any sense. i tried hyland's restful legs last night, its a natural "leg calmer"...it did help, i was able to lay still but not able to sleep to well, go figure...but i think im gonna try some of the alteril that snowflake mentioned. im not to thrilled about using ativan to sleep.
on a side note...im detoxing from just morphine, so i'm not to sure what role the other things you're quitting will play in the recovery. i guess try the natural stuff before too much more of the benzos.
