Actually you are at a very good place like was mentioned.
Someone posted a nice mantra that I use,,,,,,,,,its when I'm asked "how am I doing?" I say "stronger than yesterday" which is true as long as you're clean.
Day 7 I was anxious about returning to work,I was used to my morning vic and redbull ride to work....
since nothing changes if nothing changes start thinking about steps to make your life different,,some of it aftercare,,,some of it fun stuff too,,,I went and got a really pricey tatoo done i been wanting for years...back working out,,,,got new funiture...etc...whatever you choose....
take your new found sobriety dead seriously..but have some fun and re-invent yourself too,,,,
congrats,,,,

But....You're at day 7!! One whole week clean! Congratulations and be proud of what you've done and what you're doing. The fog will lift, the energy will return, that's a promise. In fact, from here on out you should start seeing very noticeable improvements. That's not to say that you won't have bad days along with the good ones - such is life - but the longer you're clean, the better you'll deal with whatever is thrown at you. I've posted this before....at least for me, a bad day clean is soooo much better than any good day using.
Now on to week two. The fog is lifting...
