That's a long time to take tramadol and without doctor supervision I wouldn't suggest stopping right away, inaddition to what atthebeach said expect sleeplessness to be a big one and muscle pains.
A taper plan could be better, I did use tramadol but I was way out of control up to 600-700mg a day.

you cant stop tramadol cold turkey.it can cause seizures.
some of the symptoms of withdrawal can be,anxiety,sweating insomnia,
nausea, shakiness, diarrhea, brain zaps.
