withdrawl from percocet BAD! NEEDS ANSWERS

Hi everyone. i got a question. how long does withdrawl from percocet last? i was taing around 100 mg per day for about a yr. now i havent taken any i n 10 days. i am still feeling fatigue, depression, mood swings, brain foggyness, weak, pretty much all of the symptoms. i am eating lots of protien, taking multi vitimans, and trying to take in plenty of h2o. how long is this going to go on for/ im scared. i admit it. any help would be greatly apprecatied. unfortunately by taking the subs and tapering down you only prolonged the inevitable.
but its ok. you can do it. ONE day at a time. the energy WILL comeback soon. you might want to try 5HTP for your mental state. be sure to take it with your multivite. 200mg 2x/day. i noticed a difference in 24 hours. but please research it and make sure there are no drug interactions. keep on trucking....you almost hyave your life back and THAT is a miracle. mujch love and good thoughts your way.....

so now are you clear of all meds or are you still on sub?  Energy level is the worst at your stage of the battle of opiates, try to force yourself to exercise even if its just 20 min., also try hot baths.  I find that if i keep moving i do better, and hot baths relaxes your muscles.

well i wouldnt say cold turkey i was up too 100 mg of percs i tapered down to like 15 mg for like a week. then i got 8 2mg saboxone. they lasted 9 days. now i dont feel wonderful but it doesnt feel like death i guess. exercise, i just cant find the motivation. guess im going to try that.

So i assume you went cold turkey?  The worst is over now if you haven't taking anything in 10 days, so CONGRATULATIONS!!  The last system to get back to normal is energy level, so keep up the good work, keep drinking plenty of fluids, and exercise.  Best of luck
