took suboxone for 3 days...its been 3 and a half days with out anythinig but ativan, im still wigging out and am not getting much sleep at all...is this ever goin to end??i was on oxys for 6 months than methadone for 8 months...than back to oxys for 5 months.... when am i gunnna start feeling better?????

were u on a high dose of oxy?  does sound like oxy wd as 3 days of sub is not long enuf to cover the length of wd for mos..stay safe..read the health psages  and hit a meeting

What it sounds like to me is you are wd from the oxys the sub is still in your system you took it for the first 3 days.. The wd should last about a week or so with a longer period of problems sleeping. On the bottom right hand page is the thomas recipe it should help with symptoms and energy.. lots of hot baths walks or exercise stay hydrated and dig deep.. once this is behind you you might want to check out some aftercare like NA AA or therapy.. How much suboxone are you taking ? Did you take 12 hrs into W/D ? Usually while going through W/D suboxone is given and after 1 hr you feel better. Then after a period of time you will begin to taper off slowly eventually  to none with minor W/D or so they say. I am currently on 2mg a day (my Dr. wants me taking 16mg daily) soon I will go to 1 1/2mg. I was very depressed and started taking SAM-E & 5HTP along with additional herbs to help sleep. I wish I had tapered down on the OC but i didn't and this is the hand I dealt myself. There is a lot of pros and con's with suboxone. Check out the health pages on the top right that has a lot of info on Suboxone. Good luck and I know exactly how you feel.

like i start feeling better sometimes and i start thinking thats its over and it suddenly comes back ... start wigging out .... is there anything i can do to make this easier??
