How do I get in touch with the RN @ 1234betterlife?

I am new to this site and I find it very helpful and supportive but I need to know how to text/email/PM the registered nurse on the site.  I am addicted to vic's and 6 mos preg.  I take about 10-12 a day.  Need to know what I'm up against.  Please dont judge me, I know I'm wrong and yes I do care about my unborn child and want her to be healthy but I have an addiction and I am afraid to go through the withdrawl while I'm pregnant and I dont want to take the sub because I hear that it has more opiates and stays in your system longer.  So if somebody can just tell me how to get in touch with the nurse so I can ask her some questions that I may not be able to ask my OB. I am not sure where to type it at or where to enter the info or anything, sorry for the ignorance.
