Can you tell me other test to diagnose adrinal fatigue rather than 24 adrinal hormone saliva test?
I need another test to give me difinitve and absuluote diagnosis for this problem .

Reading your symptoms, I would think you have Cushing's syndrome which is TOO MUCH cortisol, not too little.

You should see a competent doctor.

Why do you need another test? Did your doctor not accept this one? I know that many doctors pooh pooh adrenal fatigue, but having suffered it myself I pooh pooh them right back. My diagnosis was confirmed by the test you have already taken. Fortunately my doctor was familiar with the condition and he only had to test taken to confirm what he already felt he knew.

Are you seeing an endo or natropath?

To diagnose adrenal issues, an ACTH stim test should be used as well as tests for ACTH, cortisol, renin, aldosterone, dhea sulfate, adrenal antibodies etc. More than one set of tests should be done (except the stim test for the most part) and the tests have to be done at the proper times to be diagnostic.
