she is letting u know all is well and she misses u...but i hold hope there is a Bridge and all of us will be there some day w/our dearly 4 legged departed!
Cali was too tired to lick the sweet potatoes!! My daughter has 2 dogs, 1 lab and 1 golden retriever who is a month younger than Cali. They played and ran till they just dropped!! I remember when the beagle was young and in her prime, she played like that. Had a dream about my girl the other night. We were somewhere on a hillside and she was young, running and barking, i would call for her and she would come running, but i couldnt ever touch her.....I just wanted to pick her up and hold her. It has been almost 3 months and the pain is still raw, the tears still fall but i am sober and for that i am grateful~~~~
sara-what u describe is whats important in life and we treasure it oh so much more when we're sober/clean!did Callie lick the potatoes out of ur hair?and Poohbear- u add a lot to this forum and FINALLY a man w/dry wit and slightly sarcastic humor like us ladies here!:) u make us roar!:)))))))))
Poohbear, you are a very nice addition to this forum.
Hope all is well in everyones world. I spent a fantastic day with my grandbabies yesterday. Came home with sweet potatoes in my hair!! The baby loves those and loves to grab at everything so grandma wore them too!! My grandson seems to think he can be independant now and his friends seem to be rather important. I dont remember giving him permission to get older........
I don't know where I'd be right now without this forum,we laugh when we need to,and get a kick in the butt when it's needed........
Thank You to my friends across the ocean,it's amazing how close you can feel sometimes
