Vitamin B Deficiency. . B1 (Thiamine) in your brain and other B vitamins, which are depleted as your liver uses too much of it to process alcohol. Take a B-Complex and make sure you take a standard multi vitamin too. There are some where you should be careful of the quantity (past 100% of the recommended daily allowance) but you can get away with extra B's and extra C because these to vitamins are water soluble (any excess will pass through your urine)
