Allergy and lymph node

I am 19 years old, i regularly have allergy in the morning for 5-6 hours, sometimes tightness in upper chest and also itchiness in deep inside the chest also occur.
While poking in armpit I found a lump, small, soft and movable, in both armpit and they are placed quite high on the rib bone, and quite tough to reach that place. Wondering if allergies can small those lumps. And do lean people can feel some lymph nodes in armpit also? I am 5ft9 inchs and my body weight it 50 kg . Very much underweight so is it possible to feel normal and healthy lymph node in thin people?

I recommend you go to the doctor. Hopefully you already have.
