A little help please

i dont know if it atthritis but,
1, my foot is so numb i cant even feel when i put ice on it
2, it is super stiff some times
3, it also seems like things are running up and down inside all the time
4, there is occasional swelling but that is taken care of because a podiatrists gave me a lotion called VOLTAREN,
5, there are some occasional pain on the other side
6, its on the right foot.

I hope it helps.  If not, I would definitely get another opinion.  Did he say what he is treating it for?  Weird as it may feel, I recommend taking pen and paper with you to your appts.  I like to keep records of what has been done, what worked well and what did not.

well i just got back from the podiatrist and this time, he injected the numb part with some solution, i cant remember the name tho, but he wraped it and told mii not to open it till weekend.

Definitely time to go back to see the doc.  If he does not say something more, then it will be time to get a second opinion but maybe from a GP this time.  You mention you went to the gym before this started.  Perhaps there is something pinched.  The sooner you get this looked at the better.  If it is a pinched nerve, the best prognosis for regaining sensation is to get it treated soon.

well, he didnt say anything at al he just gaveme the voltare, i took a glucose and insulin test and they all came back great. one other thing is that, ther was a time i went to the gym, and it as the firs time after a long time so i think i pulled a hampstring but i got better and then foot started.
mt last two toes were the ones inflamed.

What has your podiatrist said about this?  Do you have any other health conditions?  The Voltaren gel is an anti-inflammatory medication, what is inflamed?
