Knee Sounds

I was born with my knees slightly deformed as they are close to each other but I still can walk and run just fine.
Problem is, just for the last year my left knee began to produce abnormal sounds on flection and extension without any pain. But I noticed that the bone make abnormal move and slightly change its position when I do full extension, and the sound is heard at this point.
Any help?

Slightly deformed or misaligned bones may not bother us when we're younger, but over time the abnormal way the bones work will eventually start causing problems, maybe early osteoarthritis (the wear and tear kind) or tendon and ligament problems. I'd say see an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in knees. This doesn't necessarily mean you need surgery, but he or she is best qualified to diagnose what's going on and prescribe effective non-surgical treatments that will help you put off surgery as long as possible.
